Cary Academy 5K
On Saturday, May 6th at 8:00 a.m., we will have our annual 5K. Check-in opens at 7:15 and the race starts at 8:00. Both the start and finish line are on the track and this year the course will run through the beautiful SAS campus. HERE

Join Athletic Director Kevin Jones, Assistant Athletic Director Ray Pope, Trainer Chris Melton, and Trainer Richard Huxford for a discussion on athletic programs at Cary Academy. Learn more about recent changes, the importance of cross-training, the difference between MS and US athletics, what students need for nutrition and hydration, and how scheduling and rosters are handled. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
